GROW is a team of gardeners, designers and craftspeople with an affection for the distinct environs of our region. Together we are invested in designing, building and maintaining spaces and vegetation at the highest level of quality. Our team takes many cues from the splendor of our local prairie and subalpine landscapes focusing upon the use of native and native friendly vegetation. We source specimens locally, from the Great Plains and Mountain West to provide unique character in our gardens. This appreciation for our native environs benefits our clients with beautiful, individualized spaces.

Our studio, Special Topics, is focused upon connecting gardens with those spaces inside our homes and businesses emphasizing continuity between spaces indoor and out. Our team has enjoyed the privilege to work on projects across North America and we pair that breadth of collective experience with a special appreciation for our local environment to design novel spaces.

Our field team collaborates closely with the studio and clients to translate designs into living gardens. Our in-house  irrigation, excavation and carpentry services compliment an extended team of highly skilled subcontractors to deliver exceptionally crafted spaces.

Critical to the establishment and long-term health of gardens is seasonal maintenance. Maintenance is where our team got its start, and it is where we continue to excel. Grow offers full service garden care including pruning, weeding, planting, seasonal plant protection, irrigation maintenance, winter watering and clean up for residential, commercial and HOA clients. Grow offers residential and estate snow removal and ice management. Grow also does residential, estate, commercial and HOA lawn trimming.

Grow installs the work we design as well as that of outside designers. Installation services include excavation and grading, rock work, foundations and retaining walls, pavers and sidewalks, decks, screens and pergolas, railings, play structures and planting.

We are conscious of the ever evolving character of our environment. Our team is continually evaluating strategies for hardscape and vegetation in response to an increasingly sensitive climate, unusual weather patterns and fire risks. We hope the steps of our small team can make a positive impact in light of these challenges.

Finally, we recognize the work of our team is bigger than any single person. Grow is committed to acknowledging the process of designing, building and maintaining and all the contributors who help to make our body of work successful.
